[Guide] Booting The USB Installer Using OpenCore

Yes, I understand the idea. I used it on my Mojave, but it works for me on Catalina without setup XhciPortLimit ...
either way, you need to do the usb setup correctly for a functional machine

Do I need it after or before upgrade to Monterey ?
Now I have configured network over Catalina and trying to download Monterey from Apple, But it says not available.

Also trying to download recovery full install from, but not available ...
What I'm doing wrong?
Thanks

If you are already on Catalina, then you really must do the usb port setup as mentioned at the top of the guide in post 1

then you can upgrade to Monterey

Yes but how can I get the installer?
