Nvidia ampere in testing, if I have any new details I will let you know
No offense, but I am skeptical, to say the least, especially that "fully working" part, which I took to mean "really working" graphics acceleration.

Care to explain what you did?

Are you using OCLP (OpenCore Legacy Patcher)? It seems there has been some progress regarding getting Nvidia web drivers that were originally intended to run on MacOS High Sierra to run on MacOS Monterey from the developer of OCLP. Apparently the GTX 1050 Ti is one of the tested GPUs.

I am new to Monterey. After my long-running HighSierra Intel Cascade Lake-X + Asus X299 + Nvidia GTX1080Ti hackintosh system died (I am on a "AppleNVMe Assert failed" and "IOConsolueUsers: gIOScreenLockState" loop and can't boot into GUI) and after reading about the recent progress in making Nvidia Web Drivers work with it, I thought I would take the time and try Monterey.

Well, it didn't work and it reminded why I hate everything Apple has been doing for years. Locking the system into read-only state in the name of security is lame in my opinion and I have struggled for days to understand what I am supposed to be doing to make things work. Neither OpenCore Legacy Patcher (OCLP) nor Geforce-Kepler-patcher-v3 by chris1111 seemed to work on Monterey 12.4. Geforce-Kepler-patcher couldn't find the created APFS snapshot ("There are no selected Monterey-DISK snapshots"), while OCLP didn't work at all.

I managed to boot the Monterey 12.4 SSD externally (on USB) on a MacBook Pro (after disabling SIP first as per instructions), then Geforce-Kepler-patcher seemed to complete its process. Nvidia drivers were written to /System/Library/Extensions of the Monterey 12.4 SSD. I then connected and booted the SSD on my X299 desktop but still no joy.

I have seen others that claim that they have done it for Nvidia GTX1080Ti but I am not sure if they are valid or fake.

The GTX 1080 Ti in your profile is Pascal not Kepler.
There are no drivers for Pascal after High Sierra and those drivers no longer work as the security certificates have just expired.

The OP claims to have done it but until he details the process it's just another fake.

Yes I am pretty aware of this. The reports have stated success for Pascal GPUs (including Nvidia GTX 1050Ti) at least in the case of using OpenCore Legacy Patcher. We will need validation for those.

What I was not aware and only found yesterday was that there is an issue with the expired certificates for Nvidia kexts. My machine had unexpectedly shut down due to a power cut and I initially thought something in OpenCore/EFI or /S/L/E or /L/E got corrupted. Sadly, this was not the case.

Sorry but it no longer works under macOS. Nvidia has revoked the Mac driver certificate for all Nvidia Pascal and some other cards.
Ok,,Thanks

Can you please share how you got the card to work?

Cheers

You must be using OCLP or something similar.
