Fenvi FV-T919 is plug and play compatible. No device properties or other changes needed. However, sometimes we need to install it in a different PCIe slot.
glad to meet you here Casey, I once followed your guide to have my hack installed using Vision D&fenvi T919, recently I had my sys upgrade to 12.3, since then, there have been bugs, I gave up on the i225V ‎issue‎, but the T919 issue——panic after waking from sleep, is really a pain.
dont know if you have that issue, looking forward for your advice, many thanks.

The i225-V issue on Z490 Vision D and G has been fixed. We just need to update the i-225V firmware. Please see:

Regarding the T919, please post screenshot of OpenCore Configurator—> Kernel.

thx, I will try the i-225V solution, I have a small question though, will the new firmware have influence on Windows network ? and here's the screenshot

It worked successfully, but there is a problem only with the Fenvi T919 wireless network card that does not work, and the Bluetooth and what follows

Motherboard: Asus Z590
CPU: Intel Core i9-11900K
GPU: Radeon RX 6600 XT 8GB
BT + WiFi: Fenvi T919 BCM94360CD
OS: macOS Monterey 12.1

From your description Wifi is not working, as such I would check your BIOS configuration / motherboard manual to see if the PCI configuration can be changed to set the PCI generation or place the fenvi card in a different slot (i.e. PCI-E x1, PCI-E x4).

From reports and my experience the Fenvi T919 is sensitive to being placed in specific PCI slots

Some historic discussions on this topic for the card below

Regarding USB, this should only apply if you have bluetooth/usb sleep/wake related issues, which is what the Fenvi bluetooth header plugged into the motherboard is used for. There the solution is a custom SSDT or kext as noted by @Feartech

use USBInjectAll.kext + SSDT

or only USBPorts.kext
not both options

yes, USB port discovery should be done on all machines
