The 4K Dell OptiMac - 9020 MT - Core i7-4790 - Radeon RX 570 - LG 4K IPS Monitor

I could look at 9020 (others have asked me to do the same also). But the problem is I am ending up with many computers laying around!
I know, I currently own the Optiplex 3020, 7020 and the 9020 in various form factors. Also an HP 8300 USFF. Might have to open up a PC refurb sales shop eventually.
One thing I have noted from the post that @trs96 wrote is that my guide depends on using the Windows tools. When I originally wrote the guide it used a DOS based boot disk to do the modification. I changed the post to use the Windows tools as I thought that would be easier for people to follow.
It's a perfectly good idea to have a Windows version of your BIOS modding guide. Any Dell Optiplex that is professionally refurbished has a copy of Windows 10 pro pre-installed when you buy it. Everyone usually has some previous Windows experience too.

I have just written a NVMe BIOS mod guide for 8300 Small Form Factor, but I am not happy with it. Trying another method to mod the bios right now that does not need SPI Programmer.

Audio through the DP is not working. I've checked the settings and everything seems to be OK. @trs96, can you please point me in the right direction?

First thing to try is to move the DP cable to the other port. Test again. Only one will give you DP audio.

What monitor ? Does it have speakers built in or at least an audio jack ?

Sorry. Lacking in detail.

My monitor is connected via a DP to DP cable. No adapting. The monitor has speakers. On my z270 I have the audio coming out via the HDMI port on the RX580 to the monitor. So I know the speaker on the monitor is working.

So I know the speaker on the monitor is working.
I just edited my last post. Switch the DP output on the Dell Optiplex.

You should see the name of the monitor show up as an audio output option.

I've double-checked and neither port enables the sound through DP. Any ideas why or where I can look in the config?
If you're using the Macmini7,1 EFI folder that I posted in the Big Sur guide it should work. I'm using an LG monitor with HDMI input and I get HDMI audio when using that EFI. If you are using something different or have modified it, then attach it here as a zip file with your serials/smuuid removed.
