Asus Prime Deluxe X299 - Getting to pictures of mouse and trackpad....

I am using open core, I have Asus X299 Deluxe prime motherboard, Nitro + 8mb DDR6 RX5700 graphics card. I can select Monterey in the boot menu, and then it looks like it's going to boot just fine, but i get to a screen where there is a picutre of a magic mouse, and a trackpad and the screen is telling me to turn the mouse or trackpad on. I can't get beyond this screen. Does anyone know what I am talking about? Thank you for your time and help.

Try pressing the spacebar on your keyboard when you see these images.
Try plugging your keyboard and mouse into different ports.

So I got further... Now I am on the MacOS Moneterey "Select the disk where you want to install MacOS" screen, but I still don't have a mouse and the keyboard stops functioning on this screen.

Did I you ever get through? If so, can you share ur EFI please?
