If I got you the main issue was Bios related. Is that correct?
With your EFI can you boot both BigSur and Monterey?

My problem is the bios issue, especially the MSI mainboard.
There is 2 EFI in github I shared. One is 4 Big sur, another is 4 Montery

Did you change SMBIOS from MAcPro1,1 to MacPro 7,1 is that correct?
Why alcid =99 instead of 1?
