Your builds are below the requirements of Windows 11. Did you use tweaks or tools to bypass? For me OpenCore can detect Windows 11 without problems.

Various methods and tools are available to allow Windows 11 to install on "unsupported" systems.

I use the Universal MediaCreationTool to install Windows 11 into a VMware virtual machine with unsupported CPU, no TPM, and BIOS mode with a MBR disk. It works fine, not that I want to use it as I hate the "new" system menu and right-click context menu.

Yes I used the same tool to install Windows 11 on a MacBookPro9,2 this Thursday, and it can even install into a computer with Legacy BIOS.

It seems common practice (but oh, so unspoken) to artificially create certain requirements in order to steer technology adoption in favorable directions. Both Microsoft and Apple (among others) have been doing that for years.

Just my two cents (keep the change).
