OK, if you're still interested. I was able to recover the EFI folder from the machine I installed Catalina on. It's actually still working very well on BIOS FF and has been updated now to 10.15.6. And, by the way, I installed the EmuVariableUefi.efi driver (yes, it is UEFI, but seems to work for legacy as well) and it solved my issue with not doing a full shutdown! Works great now with that installed. Works with or without the DSDT too! Enjoy!
Hi, I have the same MOBO. But my PC keep restarting after pressing mac installer.
Its stuck on checking Dram x3 times and enter clover.
What should I do.?

You should probably set your BIOS back to defaults and then change the appropriate options again. You may also need to reformat and remake your USB installer.

Any card that is bootable on Mac should work. make sure you get a card that is Mac bootable like the one I suggested.
Hi Hackintoshron, I would like to update my GPU on gigabyte ga-ex58-ud3r v.2. I don't know what to buy. I would like something good for this motherboard and for a future motherboard update. Not expensive !;) Thanks

Might be tricky. I assume you have Mojave running on the machine. If so, you can't upgrade to a GPU that Majave doesn't support. Likewise if you managed to get Catalina installed, you can't go past what the built in drivers are for the Radeon GPU that you buy. Unfortunately, Nvidia support is pretty much out the window for a long time now.

I didn't try Catalina or Big Sur on this mobo. I could try a clean install on a new ssd. What do you think ?
If it's possible to install Catalina or Big Sur, I use an Apple Cinema Display 27" with mini DisplayPort.

If its working in Mojave now, it might work in Catalina. I doubt that it will work with Big Sur. I had the motherboard running Catalina, but I had an issue with the internal SATA ports. If when you try the new install it sees your SATA ports upon booting, then you're probably fine. That was my only real issue which I solved by using a PCIe SATA card for internal drives.
