Here are my PC specs and I wanna make a hackintosh that has windows 10 on one SSD and Big Sur on the other.

Specs:
- Intel i7 8700k 3.70ghz
- MSI GTX 1080 OC
- ASUS Prime 370-p
- WD SSD (WINDOWS 10 pro)
- Samsung 960 EVO M.2 SSD
- 16gb USB Flash Drive

I just need to know where to start and how to go about this lol im not the smartest person in the world and I used a Virtual Machine but this just seems more comfortable to deal with if anyone wanted to help me build this. My Samsung SSD is already formatted.

The GTX 1080 is not supported on MacOS Big Sur due to lack of Nvidia drivers.

I assume you will want to keep the card in place to run Windows 10. So if you want to run MacOS Big Sur on this system you will be forced to use CPU integrated graphics AND find a way to disable the graphics card while running MacOS. Not ideal, but the only way to go forward.

Well that sucks.. what about the previous Mac OS?

The GTX 1080 is supported by Nvidia drivers on MacOS Sierra and High Sierra only.

So if you want to use the card in MacOS, the furthest you can go is High Sierra. Your system (Z370 Coffee Lake) should be able to run MacOS High Sierra and use the card.
