[Guide] Intel NUC7/NUC8 using Clover UEFI (NUC7i7Bxx,NUC8i7Bxx,etc)

@Leesureone @winson901 Is the solution just put the IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext and IntelBluetoothInjector.kext to /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other?
Do you mean the "beta" version IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext? The beta needs OC 6.1, I have no idea if it will work under CLOVER. And in OC, you have to manually add some description to enable .kext in config.plist for it to be loaded during boot. The simplest way is you can try Drfrag's EFI (replace with your own serial numbers) and reboot to check if it works well.

So I'm thinking of purging Windoze from my old NUC7i5BNH.

At this point what I'm reading is that I should be going OC...anyone tried OC6.1 on this NUC?

A lot if us have. I have a version that runs on my NUC8i7 posted on page 90 of this thread. Just download the EFI folder and replace the EFI folder on your USB Boot drive to try it. If you like it then update the serial numbers etc. by a means of your choice. I read recently @pastrychef said Opencore Configurator seems stable now and that's one avenue.

I don't know about the Beta version but the release version should work fine in Clover.

for some reason, USB hub (USB-C to regular USB) connected to my LG ultrafine monitor, which connects to thunderbolt to my NUC8i7, stopped working. I need to clear NVRAM to make it work, but then stops working on restart. Any thoughts? USB ports have been properly mapped already.

Yes, it should work fine. The USBC port on the back of the NUC was not working for me the USBC fix without it. I posted OC 6.1 yesterday if you want the newer version.
Hi Leesureone, sorry if I am mistaken but I can't find NUC8OC6.1 on the page 90.
Could you double check?
Thanks
