Hi,
I rebooted my hackintosh and then I got this screen on startup from clover

I tried to change the efi folder with a backup one that I had but the problem persists

This is not a problem of the EFI folder.
I experianced this issue when trying to use "Kext Utility" without having write-access through gatekeeper.

Something has not been modified correctly so system can not be booted anymore.

In my case I performed a complete system restore. :banghead:

Maybe there is a possibility to re-initialize prelinked Kernel or kernel-Cache otherwise? I do not know.

thanks for the help @Mike7-7-7 .

Yes at this point I also chose to reinstall everything ...
Catalina makes me damn more than windows  :banghead:

Got the exact same issue here on XPS 9550. Instead of reinstalling i tried rebooting. After 4 to 5 times:banghead: rebooting (yeah really that many:O) everything works great.
After shutdown, same error occurs, reboot 4 to 5 times and everything works great again:).

Not saying that rebooting is the solution but for me it beats reinstalling.

Any hep for a permanent solution would be great.

I know my replay is bit late in this.. However, if anyone facing the same issue can try with OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi instead of default clover providing driver.

Note:- I don't have this issue, but i suspect it is related to initial memory allocation.

R U updated the macOS? If u r ,just reboot ,and choose boot disk to "Macintosh"-data, than wait.....

I'm getting this error on my Catalina unibeast boot up on a new machine (dell precision t3600).

I've recreated the unibeast drive, thinking that it might have been corrupt, but I get the same problem.

What could fix this?

Check two things.

1. CFG Lock Enabled or Disabled.
2. Try booting after placing OsxAptioFix2Drv-free2000.efi on USB UEFI Drivers folder (Need to delete the existing one which have name OsxAptioFix)

Should have said I’m trying to boot Legacy. Does #2 still apply?
