pastrychef's Asus ROG Strix Z370-G Gaming (WI-FI AC) build w/ i9-9900K + AMD 6600 XT

Slide=0 I don't know...
agdpmod I just added because I thought this might be also GPU related and to try to solve these crashes...
Not using any firewire card but 2 PCIE x4 cards for extra m.2 drives and one for my Fenvi blue tooth card
I'm using a e-sata pcie card for a 2tb e-sata G-drive that I use for backups
DVMT is set to 128
Have not tried disabling XMP, but if I do what's the use of having 3200 DDR
NNvme fix because I thought originally that these crashed might be related to my m2 drives

3200MHz RAM is overclocked. When testing stability, disable all overclocks. You can re-enable it once the system is stable.

What chipset does your eSATA card use?

If DVMT prealloc is set to 128MB in BIOS, disable the DVMT prealloc workaround in config.plist.

Ok took me a while to remember my board had an XMP auto-detection switch. Needles to say it did not want me to remove XMP until I turned it off...

So I applied just that and so far no crashes every 10 minutes...I also removed age-mod from my plist...

I havent tried you EFI yet...

Asmedia1061 and contrary to my previous belief (the other one I had was defect), it works well for my e-sata drive and I need it also as a Sata for my case dock. without e-sata kext it does not work, but I can test without it if you want (since you removed it from my. EFIs anyways lol)

did you make any other changes to my config.plist?

About DVMT, I can set it to whatever I like. So if 128 isnNt the right setting leet me know. My Radeon drives 3 x 4k screens and my audio video receiver, so that's why I set it so.

And since we are talking memory....the skill I have never show serial number in SI....If XMP is a problem and this memory is without XMP is 2166, Should I be bette with non imp 2666 memory? I'm saying this because the crucial I bought for my Z-170 is 2666 and serial numbers were recognized and because of the clock speed difference...

If it's not crashing with XMP disabled, then you've found the problem.

You should also disable the DVMT prealloc workaround in your config.plist because you are able to set it in BIOS. Therefore, no workaround is necessary.

If you need the kext for the ASM1061, then it has to be installed...

Anything 64MB or higher should be fine.

Whether or not the serial shows in System Information is cosmetic. If you really want it to show, you can enter it manually in config.plist > SMBIOS > Slots AAPL injections.
