I have the latest 10.15 Catalina installed and I recently updated to a Sapphire Nito+ 5700XT. My main display on display port (DP) works just fine. I had to make some adjustments to my EFI config since I was upgrading from the iGPU of the 8700K CPU to get it to work but all seems fine. I added a second DP monitor this morning and macOS is not recognizing it at all. I have restarted the machine a few times but nothing is really helping. I'm sure I am just missing something simple (hopefully). Anyone have a gentle prod in the right direction to look?

agdpmod=pikera boot argument present?
whatevergreen.kext loaded?

can try with imacpro smbios too

whatevergreen is loaded. version 1.3.8. I was using the iMac19,2 configuration. I'll try the iMacPro and see what happens.

After changing from iMac 18.2 to iMacPro the 5700XT finally started working correctly.

Keep an eye on stability. Since the iMacPro uses the Navi card for everything there might be stability issues, random freezes and kernel panics. I had to switch back to iMac15,1 and haven't had a kernel panic in weeks. With iMacPro I would have several a day.

@slim.jim Thanks for the heads up. Been using it for a few weeks now under heavy CPU loads and no issues. I have yet to actually push the card too much. I have the dual monitors but I haven't tried any heavy rendering yet. I typically do large scientific data set visualization.
