Can anyone recommend a Graphics card that works out of the box on Catalina?

I've struggled to get my XFX RX570 to work, so got to send it back. I keep getting the black screen issue, I can't get into the OS with the card plugged in to attempt any of the patches I've read.

Can anyone recommend a card that will just work out of the box? I'm back to using my Radeon 6670 which only works at 1280x1024, but allows me to use the OS at least.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
 
My ASRock Vega56 worked pretty much out of the box. It was recommended to me from someone who struggled with the RX5XX series and said all the problems went away when he moved to the Vega. The 5700XT and Radeon VII work with a little tweaking and they have faster performance.

Thanks. I might get the ASRock Vega56. Anyone tried anything cheaper. I'm really just after being able to drive my monitor at 1920x1080 and that's about it.
 
My PowerColor RX 5700 XT Red Devil has worked out of the box with iMac15,1 SMBIOS. Using iMacPro1,1 I get better performance with it but it is plagued with KP's like real macs that are using NAVI eGPUs.
