I tried RX 640 with a Dell Latitude 5410 and 10.15.5. Device ID was 10026987. Still no native support and the FakeID tricks used on a WX 3200 lead only to kernel panics.

Had to sweet talk Dell into doing a slightly-late return. phew!:
