is there any advice for a LGA1200 Board in mini-ITX Form factor wich is already known for an "okay"-compatibility?

I saw a couple of posts on ****** for guys who have apparently used Asrock Z490M-ITX/ac. They stated they were up and running enough to use the desktop but not fully configured.

But it doesn't says much about stability or wich OS is used etc. ...

That Asus board is LGA1151, not LGA1200.

Oh... I googled for the H470 Version and didn't recorgnized that I found a guide für the H370 one... thank's a lot!
