Kernel Panic on Catalina fresh install

@Sasha44

This is a very very peculiar issue, indeed. Can you please confirm the model of your SSD?
It could turn out to be an incompatible controller, or one of those SSDs without a DRAM buffer which macOS doesn't like to play with.

Also - when you install onto the SSD - I presume you completely erase it and re-format to APFS prior to installation?

After Catalina totally fresh install, I've encountered problem of system Kernel Panic. System is booting normally but Kernel Panic happens each time after about 1 min.
However system can boot normally without Kernel Panic on safe mode. I don't use other kexts except those are used for installation from guide https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

Logs are showing that problem is in: com.apple.iokit.IOReportFamily(47.0)[337B24B2-0261-3521-8D1B-23387FC1D657]@0xffffff7f99030000->0xffffff7f99036fff com.apple.driver.pmtelemetry(1.0)[67E0BF8A-EC1D-338A-BD80-3EF55847F976]@0xffffff7f9b382000->0xffffff7f9b39cfff

All my config of EFI/Clover, Kernel Panic logs and IOReg are attached to post.

Please help, I don't have any idea what to do next.

Thanks.

How did you get panic.txt file?

I would imagine that was obtained in safe mode.

Safe mode?!? I used last time on chameleon times with Tiger jajaj .... its working again?
I can not tried by years and years

I would imagine that was obtained in safe mode.

Tried on one of my working Catalina system -v -s and -v -x .... and no one works. Both exit ...

@littlegreen My SSD is default for ASUS ROG GL552, sandisk sd8snat128g1002, photo with more data of drive itself is attached.

I have totally erased whole drive and format it to APFS before installation.

@siachori Like I have mentioned in post description, system is booting in safe mode ( -x argument in clover booting option), and after boot in safe mode there is a message and logs about kernel panic in previous boot, this is how I got kernel panic logs in txt format.

@littlegreen I also think that problem is in SSD drive, but it is very strange for my because I have used previous mac os versions for 4 years and everything worked without such problems. If problem is in SSD why system is booting in safe mode?
I have a plan to get new SSD drive and try to re-install system and check if problem is in my current SSD, also one more idea is to install Mojave(which I have previously installed) and check if it works, maybe something really happened to my SSD and it is the root of my 3 months pain.

@Sasha44

Online research shows that your SSD lacks a DRAM chip, which may very well be the case for your kernel panics. AFAIK, macOS does not support such drives when they are either Journaled or APFS. You will need to replace your SSD. I have found Samsung's SSDs to be the most reliable in terms of compatibility - specifically the EVO series. Their prices have gone down significantly during the course of the last 12 months - and even though they are still a little bit more expensive than the rest, it is well worth it in my honest opinion.

@littlegreen Thanks for your response, I will get new samsung EVO SSD and will check if it helps to solve my problem, but other question appears.
Is something changed in mac OS Catalina related to memory management and DRAM and this is the reason I am encountering kernel panic?
Why for previous versions of mac OS (El Capitan, Sierra, High Sierra, Mojave) everything worked and I have no faced problems related to SSD?
Why system is booting in safe? If problem is really in hardware it is logic that booting in safe mode where only software plays role, probably should not change behavior.
