AMD Radeon Navi GPU

Got my Red devil 5700 xt to replace the Vega 64. Just remove the old one, remove the KEXT and AML regarding the Radeon improve performance. Now my scores on GB5 regarding the processor are down low, really low 4432 multi before was 8920, Cinebench R20 was 4713 and now 2129, also the processor temp is steady at 90deg C under no low load... What's is going on????
Any ideas????
Bios version is 8 thinking to update to 9b..
thanks for any help

Have you tried using Hackintool to rebuild caches? It’s in Utilites section.

Yes, I did and didn't change nothing. Even during the boot the fans are at maximum, maybe AIO failure???

Your CPU is overheating and is thermally throttling. You probably knocked a wire off somewhere, or maybe the cooler has become unseated. Your problem is not software, your problem is probably physical. Look for loose wires or loose cooler. Or, a wire in the fans preventing them from turning.

I had an all day onsite interview with AWS yesterday... Except of course it was from home. We used Amazon's Chime videoconferencing software. I did a quick test in the morning to make sure all was OK and sure enough, the desktop froze solid. Rebooted, tried again.. Froze solid. Ripped out the 5700xt and put back the RX 580. Worked all day. 10.15.5 is better, but it's still not fixed.

I've started to consider buying an extra RX580 - I just bit the bullet and ordered a used RX580 4GB, costed 72EUR. Let's see :)

I went back to using the performance SSDT for my 5700XT and removed my device property where I was adding AMD to the name and so far I have not had any hard KPs in a few days. Very rarely it locks up for a second but then recovers. Before it would lockup over and over and eventually KP at least once a day depending on how often I let my hack go to sleep.

Do you have a link to the performance SSDT you are referring to ? Thanks.

It this one. It's from this thread, at the beginning.

10.15.6 beta 2 is just a hot mess. I would say if you're struggling with your Navi chip, maybe hold off.
