The installation was successful, but now I’m getting random restarts every 15-30 minutes
I’m pleading with anyone who has this mobo to help me with the bios settings/EFI, pleaseeeee!

In his last post, he has attached his OpenCore EFI.
Alternatively if you are on Clover, you could try pastrychef's Clover EFI's here. He said they should work for any Gigabyte Z390:

Do you have GPU or IGPU? Mine works pretty well, very stable, EXCEPT SHUTDOWN! (it reboots sometimes and I have to quit clover to shutdown), I'm using the internal HD630.The installation was successful, but now I’m getting random restarts every 15-30 minutes
