I was going to upload a video but I think I'll look for another display. Yeah, if i find the solution I'll let you know. Thanks for helping me.

Sure no problem, but if I were you I'd start with reseating the cables first. Could be as simple as that.

Hi Guys,

Thanks to all the great help on this thread, I have managed to get my G3 fully working including native WIFI and Bluetooth which was previously a big issue limiting you to G1/G2 models.

I will be happy to share details etc on this build but basically I used the G2 EFI and used IntelBluetoothFirmware.kext and AppleIntelWiFi.kext for WIFI/BT, it's a slight inconvenience to load WIFI via terminal per boot but seems to be quite stable.

Cheers for the help I am super happy with this it's a shame Apple stick militantly to iOS iPads.

Nice job! Might have to pick one up now that the wifi is working (somewhat anyway).

Hi jhax01, thanks for the guide and happy to report that I can connect an egpu without doing anything. It's Gigabyte Gaming Box with Radeon R8 Nano graphic card and I can see it in the system report - Graphics/Displays. For those who want to do the same setup, the key is to enable "Thunderbolt NO Security" in the BIOS section by unchecking the "require bios PW to change TBT SL" item

I reseated the cable and no change with the touch screen. So while i was looking for another screen I came across a good deal on another 1012 G1. I pulled my hard drive from my old tablet and installed into the new and I'm having the same issue. Can't figure this out...
