Catalina RX 5700 XT glitch green screen on installation

Hey guys! Need some help here.

I am trying to install Catalina from scratch using a clover USB and following this nice and detailed list:

Problem is, when the installation USB loads I get a green glitched screen. I have tried the HDMI port and the 3 DPs in the GPU, with the same results. The guide I am following has pretty much the same components and even mentions it is ok for RX 5700 XT.

Any ideas??

These are my new components:
MOBO: Gigabyte Z390 Designare
CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K
GPU: Gigabyte Radeon RX 5700 XT Gaming
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport LT (4x16GB)
SSD: Samsung Evo 970

I am using the exact same EFI folder downloaded form the guide and followed the same instructions to change config.plsit and BIOS settings. If you still need me to upload any files please let me know.

interesting. my system is similar to yours, I did not have to do anything to get the GPU to work other then to add agdpmod=pikera to the boot args. Make sure you are using the latest Clover boot loader and kexts.
