IOAPIC 24-119 Entries enable or disable for skylake Systems ?

I have Gigabyte GA Z170X Gaming 3 BIOS ver F6 there is an option called IOAPIC 24-119 Entries should i disable or enable it for proper working and what is the use of it ?
system definition 17,1
OS X ver 10.11.5

I had to disable it on my ASUS E3 Pro Gaming V5 Mobo to get the USB to work. With it turned on, after Sierra booted, I was unable to use keyboard or mouse. I disabled it and USB then worked.

I fixed this issue. My USB 3.1 controller is not compatible so I disabled the controller and enabled the IOAPIC 24-119 Entries again. Now works with no issues, still getting USB 3.0 so not concerned about the 3.1 controller.
