19 10980 + 128ram + m2 ?

Hi Guys, Im looking for advice to buy a motherboard.

These are the components that i have already

i9 10980x
m2 (PCI4)
2080TI
128gb ram ddr2666

So Im Looking to install High Sierra, for driver Compatibility

Im like the asus Prime X299-Deluxe II But im open to what ever is easier and less problematic.

There are no Mac drivers for 2080 ti so I would get one of the amd cards. The deluxe-ii works but personally I prefer the ws X299 sage/10g

Don't buy a Cascade Lake refresh board - they have major problems. Get one of the previous generation boards that has a UEFI update for Cascade Lake-X compatibility. You lose 4 PCI-e lanes, and 256 GB RAM is not supported, but it's the only option right now.

I've been in touch with some people about the issues with the new boards, and I think it may be a while before they're resolved.

Oops, that was incorrect. Never mind. Prime X299-A II is one of the new boards. X299 Deluxe II is okay.
