Does anyone know where I should post for the HDMI issue? I had to use Time Machine to get my hackintosh back up due to "No Signal" and haven't reinstalled since -- Mac Mini 2018+ users are warned not to upgrade to the new Catalina OS until it's resolved, but I have a feeling even if Apple fixes it for Mac Minis, us hackintoshers are going to still have the same problem.

Try to boot from USB stick, then on the clover menu select your installed Macintosh HD, check if it works normally, if it works, install clover using MultiBeast for Mojave.

@hadesownage, It doesn’t still same issue after seeing the apple logo for few seconds, it restarts the computer all over again.

Use integrated graphic card instead of dedicated one if you are on Intel.
Disable it from BIOS and then put the HDMI or DVI cable in motherboard.
Maybe boot with nv_disable=1 ?
