Audio Issue ALC1150 with Dual boot

Hello team i got my rig install with dual boot system

Adata 240 Gb Hard Drive with Windows
Crucial MX500 1 TB with Hackintosh

Issue that i am facing is with the Audio , After clean install if i boot into Hackintosh everything is working fine.

But after few days i wanted to use window that is installed on different SSD , and after that if i start using sound on Hackintosh after booting back to Mac , sound is not working at all. And issue occurs everytime if i boot to windows and than hackintosh please help me with the fix as i have no sound again on my Hackintosh.

Two choices:
a. macOS: cold boot, pull power cord, hold power button for 30 seconds
b. Windows: uninstall Realtek driver, use Windows Sound (credit, Tsunade)

Bro could you please explain the windows part more clear after uninstalling realtek driver from windows , Use window sound .
