After effects work perfect,
Premier work and export H264
Media Encoder work and export H264 perfect
Netflix perfect
I do not use FCPX, but I'll install and test...
It's not sufficient to say "perfect" without first checking what is actually doing the encoding.
If you have IGPU enabled, then you need to confirm if it is doing the encoding or the dGPU.
That is, you need to prove to yourself that the encoding is done either by IGPU, dGPU or both.

Without hwe420 support, AMD GVA H264 encoder will not export H264 on Apple apps, 3rd party apps not sure.

I tested with and without active igpu

I tested with and without IGPU enabled, and encoding works with both.

I tested with and without IGPU enabled, and encoding works with both.

Try screen recording from QuickTime, file should failed to save.

Those screenshots show that Premiere will do the h.264 encode but it does not show with which GPU.
You need to run tools to show the loading the IGPU and the dGPU. (e.g. Intel Power gadget and Activity Monitor).
If H.264 encode is truly being executed by the dGPU then, it's load & utilisation should be 100%.

Injection for the framebuffer is OK only for the recommended AMD cards like RX570, 580, Vega, check Apple site for eGPU. Starting with 10.14.4 the framebuffer shows 6 ports instead of 5, I have all 5 ports working. RX 560 needs framebuffer patch. I have better sleep/wake, fan spin with framebuffer injection.

Hi @valvator
Can you show png after recording then click Save, like below
