Hackintosh Acer Aspire E5-573G

Hi All, I had this laptop long back but sold it soon after buying it since it just would not install OS X. Not to say that it cannot be done though. In my case the only trick to get the initial installation to start was to go into the Advanced version of the BIOS and set the graphics memory/ram (DVMT) to 96 Mb (has to be more than 64). There is a whole article on why is this is needed on this particular system. By default the graphics memory is set to 32Mb. After this setting the installer will launch, but that was as far as I could get since the installer did not detect my HDD. Hence I could not install the OS X. I tried quite a few things, but no luck... more details on this post

All the best.... and good luck...!

NullCPUPowerManagement.kext is not needed

InjectKexts should be set to Detect in config.plist (not sure why you changed this????)

Use the tool here and upload your problem reporting files:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/tool-generate-proper-problem-reporting-files.235953/
