Mojave won't install with Windows on same drive

Hi, I have two partitions on my SSD: an NTFS partition with Windows 10 installed and a HFS partition with macOS 10.12 Sierra. I decided to update to macOS 10.14 Mojave. In the beginning it was all going smoothly, however after one reboot I got the message "Mojave could not be installed. Changes to the partition map will make Windows partition unbootable. Restart your computer and try again." I'm guessing this is to do with the new Apple File System? Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Might work for Mojave but have not tried it so cannot say for sure.
