Hey lovely community members,

Minutes ago I had a terrible experience that during my normal work with my hackintosh (simple browsing etc - no "stressful" usage for the computer) the computer suddenly shutted down without any warning. From this moment on, I cannot turn on the computer anymore. I tried to unplug the PSU cable and waited a few minutes and tried it again - nothing. When I turn on the computer, only the PWR_led lights up when the PSU is turned on - no lights turning on for "boot", "VGA", "DRAM", "CPU" when trying to boot. Therefore, no BIOS screen etc. The CPU fan and the fan at the back of the case are spinning - both fans in the front of the case aren't (but I am not sure if those worked correctly before this issue or if they only started spinning after reaching a certain "usage" threshold).

I have never had such problem and I am lost right now because I fear that this is related to any hardware issue/damage that suddenly appeared. How can I find out which piece is broken or causes the issue?

Thank you very much in advance!

First try a CMOS reset.

@P1LGRIM , you are right. Just forgot to do it directly when I was facing the issue. Unfortunately, resetting the CMOS did not change anything. I removed the motherboard minutes ago and the retailer will check it soon. Let's see...
