Dear RehabMan - I found in the playlist patch which stop me in boot. What is this patch? Because Backlight is still no working I think so there is some conflict between audio and backlight because I can't get booth.

If I clone my hard drive to a ssd will it still work ?

ok first of all thank you so much for the guide and your work i've used this guide since El Capitan and it has always been flawless!!
now i have a question... i need to run Virtual Machines on this hackintosh. i've Enabled VT on my bios and removed dart=0 from the config file and everything works mac os boots up i can install and run my VMs. now my question is:
1. is this normal and was there a reason for VT being disabled and dart=0 present in config file?
2. and will VT enabled with dart=0 removed break my os in the future?

Does the wifi card have to be the exact part number listed? I bought BCM94352Z but it looks different than the lenovo pn.

Enabling VT-x in BIOS is always ok.
It is VT-d that is the issue.
It is possible VT-d is already disabled by default (even with VT-x enabled).
dart=0 is to avoid problems with VT-d.
Note also that the repo drops DMAR which is also used to avoid problems with VT-d.
