Never have been able to initiate a PM :(

Hello,

I have read that this forum has strict rules on sending private messages, and that you need. post count of 75+ in order to send PMs. Just wondering, has this changed?

I've never had the option to send PMs, and I have over 100+ posts.

In my build thread, I have some specific questions to ask people, and don't want to clutter the thread, and would love to ask via PM, but I'm unable to do so at all.

If I click on a user's name, the ability to start a conversion is not an option to me:

I'm üst bumping this because I still can never send a PM to anyone. I can never initiate one, never have been able to.
I can only reply, but if I click off the conversations area, it will be gone and never show again.

I received a private message from @trs96 and if you're wondering why I didn't write back, it's because I can't.

The initiate conversation option has never been allowed on my account.

Can this be fixed? I can't be the only one. Thanks.

Sounds like this still isn't resolved. Lets see if @Stork or @adamsmasher has anything else to add to this issue.
