HID legacy shim 2 boot issue after Win10 install

I recently installed Windows 10 Pro 64bit alongside my High Sierra install on my 960 EVO by partitioning the drive. The Win10 install deleted the Clover and High Sierra files on my EFI partition, which was expected. I made a backup of the EFI before the install and attempted to copy back the files and folders that were missing, only needing to replace the efi boot file with the Clover version (all other copies did not require replacement of Windows files).

While I am still able to boot into Win10 after these changes to the EFI, I now cannot boot into High Sierra, even with a USB drive, as Clover hangs and fails on the HID legacy shim 2 line. Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue? I am able to modify my Clover USB if needed on another computer.

Moved to Multi Booting.

I ended up just buying another drive and reinstalling everything on two drives.
