Touchscreen working on OS X Sierra?

Hello,

I have the opportunity to buy 2x Hannspree HT231HPB, 23" touchscreens for a pretty good price.
My DAW (Bitwig) is supporting touchscreens so it would be nice to work with it.
Is there any way to get it to work on OS X sierra?

...I know there is touch base, but can't afford it...

Apple doesn't have a product running macOS with a touch screen. So, the answer to your questions is no.
