[Extremely Slow] Sabertooth x79 / NVidia GTX 980 after USB 3.0

Got a system working with Sabertooth x79 with GTX 980.
After installing most of the drivers, I had enabled the USB 3.0 ports in BIOS (had them turned off for installation).
All worked workable speed until enabling USB 3.0 ports.

Any help solving the slowness of the machine?

Can't even look into the config.plist file because it takes such a long time to fetch programs.

Any comments are greatly appreciated.

Thank you P1LGRIM for your input. However, my machine got faster after few reboots trying to fix the issue (guess it kept on fixing the config.plist without me knowing, even rebooted a few times into clover)

I plugged into an USB 3 port, and the machine froze and had to reboot a few times. I hope your config.plist helps P1LGRIM!

Okay, that didn't work... I'll live without USB 3 ports
