Hi guys i have the same Problem with my hackintosh since I updated to 17C205. Before the update everything worked fine. Now Everytime I try to shutdown the hacki, the display goes black and it fully reboots from the mainboard screen.
The Version of my Nvidia Web Driver is: 378.10.10.10.25.104
I tried fix shutdown but It didn't work for me, disabling the wake on lan option didn't work either.
Anyone got an idea?

Edit: i updated the usbinjectall kext now it works

Just in case anyone is still stuck, disabling FixShutdown worked for me.. I think that was the culprit that kept restarting my system after shutting down. Make sure you disable S4 and S5 in your BIOS if you've been trying so hard to get your backlit keyboard+mouse to turn off when shutting down like me haha

Gigabyte z370 board here. Shutdown would actually reboot in OSX. Fix_Shutdown didn't work, but editing the clover config file in notepad and changing it to Fix_Shutdown_0004 fixed the problem. However my motherboard LEDs stay lit while shutdown, as well as my keyboard.
it is same as me.(gigabyte z370n)mb leds isnot off.it doesn't work when bios' erp is enable.do you solve it?
thx

Same problem here. Fresh install of High Sierra, but always powering up again and again after shutdown.

Already tried "FixShutdown" -> true and adding "FixShutdown_0004" -> true, but no luck.
Once tried to change "FixShutdown" -> false, one time successful to properly shutdown, but next time when turn on again it keeps powering up after shutdown.

SSD using Samsung 850EVO 250GB and and old Seagate 2TB 5900rpm. I believe there is no compatibility issue here.

Need advise.

Need advise.
I have had this problem with 10.13.1 (In my case it happened when usb powered external drives were connected)

It has been solved when I moved all devices (drives, dongle..) from USB 2.0 ports to USB 3.1

Since I upgraded to 10.13.2.2 (17C205) the problem has definitely gone - I no more need to check fixShutdown in config.plist
Hope this will help

Thank you for the advise. All my USB devices are connected to a hub, which connects to front panel USB 3.0. Each USB port in the hub has a switch to power them on. I already tried to switch off all connected devices while shutdown process (even including the keyboard) but unfortunately problem still exist.

Have tried also the other way around, moving the hub from USB 3.0 to USB 2.0 front panel port, but problem still exist.

1 last check in L/E:
- USBInjectAll.kext as indicate in post #32 (version should be 0.6.4)

Thank you @favoriti
This might be the problem, as I check it is still 0.6.3.
Noob question here, how can I update the kext? Any link to the guide of updating it and where to download the newest version?
Thanks.
