Dear @kgp... :D if I have the same placement of PCI devices and I selected which ACPI patches I activated in clover config
I should only change acpi path if needed which you mentioned X times in guide :p

but for example _SB/PCI0@0/IMEI@160000 seems to be a little weird :p

//edit// ok I think path is OK

Capture d’écran 2018-01-21 à 15.57.07.png
or maybe I have to change
Device-id and name too... :p ?
Capture d’écran 2018-01-21 à 14.49.09.png

or I'm totally in wrong way..? :p :p ;)

I'm quite sure you will laugh with that, but without asking, me or someone can
spent weeks or months and still without simple basic details :p
Then, when I will finally done it, I think I will try to make some little video
or something like that (if it will be needed) with simple, not too much sophisticated language for people
who speak/write in English just average... or with translator :)

PS: I will understand if you don't have time or enough patience to reply in this case... :p ;)
PS2: Every hour I reread whole section to try find what I missed or simple understand
details.... which are not so clear yet... :)

//Edit// I'm quite sure now - it was a bad idea :D
I have :crazy::crazy::crazy: in my head.

Edit2// If path is OK so why it is not showed in PCI proprieties .. :/

EDIT3: I'm SURE it's very easy to do... but without example it's :banghead::crazy:

@PedroJSkywalker you can also put a \ before sierria. so it would look like /Volumes/Install \High \Sierra

edit: Just saw @kgp beat me to it!

Wrong! You would just need a "\" before the Sierra, if your disk or folder is called "Install High Sierra" !!!

Code:
/Install \High \Sierra

However, if your disk is just called "High Sierra", it is absolutely mandatory to use...

Code:
/High \Sierra

There is absolutely no alternative. Please do not confuse the reader with incorrect and avoidable statements...;)

Nothing for bad, man! But I am forced to correct you if you are wrong... No other option..

sorry i just wrote "install" by accident without paying attention.

Basically a "\"=a space

Thanks KGP and apologize for the inconvenience, I will try to do better.

I assume that the file createInstaller.sh.zip obviously is no longer necessary since I have done it manually in terminal as you clearly indicate in your guide, the questions I ask for insecurity remember that I do not have your vast knowledge and I am afraid of To do it wrong, that's why I make sure to do the steps correctly.

I will proceed to pass to the pendrive the resulting file of Install macOS High Sierra which has ended up occupying 5.21 GB.

I will also use your latest EFI folder published today and I hope that everything goes well and you can enjoy iMac Pro 1.1 with the benefits that accompany it.

So little detail, but so important :D
It explains all other shortcuts/paths and why it was used like that... it's good to know

The backslash must go before the space, at some point in this thread it started appearing after which may cause catastrophic errors. And the "modern" and always safer way is just to "quote" the path.

as @kgp already stated using the \ is proper formating.

Unfortunately this is not correct my friend. Just set the Windows HDD/SSD as the first drive in boot priority and install Windows on it. No problems at all if you do it this way. Maybe we should add this to the guide description.

It is correct as long you don’t set the windows HDD/SSD/NVMe as the drive with primar boot priority, which you don’t wanna do in any case because you want to have the OSX drive with the EFI-Folder and the Clover Boot Loader as the drive with boot prority. Thus, I don’t know what could be wrong in my instruction to disconnect all OSX drives primar to the Windows installation, which is a simple and straight procedure also well understood by Noobs...

In any case, disonnecting the OSX drives just avoids that Windows writes it’s boot loader partition on a OSX drive with boot priority..

Which prevention measure one finally applies depends on his knowledge, technical background and skills..

In any case, what I suggested was certainly not wrong but rather a trivial, simple and somewhat brusk approach also well understood ny beginners and therefore selected on purpose to facilitate the instructions.
