Has anybody else checked this out? Digital Storm launched the Aura, a PC built within a big curved display. Most parts can be upgraded and it's processor is liquid cooled!

I think it would make an awesome hackintosh machine.

There is what appears to be an Intel stock cooler in that image...

LOL yeah but they do offer a water cooling variant. Linustechtips did a video about them. Apparently is crazy heavy and may or may not be worth the price.

I was wondering about the cooler in the pic too. Though, it seems that all systems come with the liquid cooler.

They didn't say it was bad. Just heavy. They said the display could/should be better. And I agree. It is still a great option.

I also would love to know if it'd be possible to hackintosh this!

Looking at the components and layout, this is just an ITX build with GPU on one of those riser cables and probably an SFX power supply. Putting it all in a bespoke monitor case is kind of neat, but I imagine the rear panel is going to be more of a mesh to allow proper cooling. And weighing in at 45-55 pounds is, indeed, a heavy lump.

The screen is probably very good but does a 34" monitor really "save desk space" ?

And the starting price is not cheap even for an i5-8400. It only has 8GB main RAM too. Ironic when the basic GPU has 6GB of its own.

I think the hackintosh community can do way better than try to convert this. Look at the modding going on in the modding section.

This does look nice but the CPU spec and RAM doesn't seem much along with not much space for HD expansion.
Looks cool though and even though the weight is fairly heavy it was never advertised as portable nor would you pick it up and move it around for no reason I guess.
