Enabling Quick Sync i5-2400 (HD 2000 ig-platform-id needed)

Hi. does anyone know what's the ig-platform-id for HD 2000? I read that the i5-2400 has quick sync capability and I want to enable it in my hackintosh.

the reason I asked is I was using i5-3470 before which had HD 2500. I was able to enable quick sync by doing this (thanks to this post):

changed the iMac profile from 13,2 to 14,2
mounted EFI and opened config.plist in CC
in ACPI, added the patch change from GFX0 to IGPU
in Graphics, checked Inject Intel and entered 0x01620007 <<--------- for HD 2500

I was hoping to do it again with this other build:

HP 8200 SFF i5-2400 CPU
GT 710 GPU
8gb RAM
profile used: 14,2

anyone has any idea? I got an iMac late 2011, is there any way I can find the answer by tinkering with that machine?

I want help too to enable intel quick sync on hd2000

Just to clarify:

On your HP 6300 i5-3470 you...

enabled the iGPU in the BIOS
mounted EFI and opened config.plist in CC
in SMBIOS changed the iMac profile from 13,2 to 14,2 (which broke iMessage?)
in ACPI, added the patch change from GFX0 to IGPU
in Graphics, checked Inject Intel and in ig-platform-id entered 0x01620007 <<--------- for HD 2500

Then rebooted.

Just trying to get some clarity on this as none of the 6300/8300 tutorials seem to cover this (for me) somewhat critical fix.
