I was using the Dell DW1560 Wifi Card, bluetooth was workinh fine on 10.13 but you need the firmewarepatch for it, now I'm using a macbook Air Wifi Card, so everything works out of the box.

Im currently using a MacBook Air 2011 wifi card I believe its Called Broadcom BCM43224
Before I was using a Dell DW1560, AKA BCM94352Z this one is a native NGFF card
