Your ioreg shows IntelBacklight.kext installed. It overrides ACPIBacklight.kext (in the case they are both installed).
Delete IntelBacklight.kext. Make sure ACPIBacklight.kext is installed.

I'm saying if you're interested in how ACPI works, you should read the ACPI specification from Intel.
From intel? Did u have any link? Thanks, im just curious :)

Ah sorry!
Retried with only ACPIBacklight, but same result (really no IntelBacklight being loaded).
There still more to do? Or other ways to fix brightness?
This is an oled screen, oled screen does not have backlight like Ips or lcd screens... This mean that when im in windows and i want to raise up backlight, its not backlight raising up, but value from the oled screens?
Like oled screen has own pixels emitting light and color
Am i wrong?

Going to keep an eye on this, I'd really love an OLED macOS tablet.

Are things like the cameras working for FaceTime? Any luck yet with iMessage?

Does a bluetooth tooth mouse and keyboard work?
Sorry dont repeat questions,
Bluetooth seem to work but not well. Camera is not working

Why did you add SSTD-2-SaSsdt.aml to ACPI/patched when I already stated expressly not to? Remove.
Also, config.plist/ACPI/DSDT/Fixes/AddPNLF_1000000 is wrong. Remove.

Try emulating a newer version of Windows (currently, with your _OSI patches for "Windows 2012" you are emulating Win8).
Failing that, you may need to use ACPIDebug.kext to debug your PNLF methods.

Okay no problem for me to do this :)
But i do not understand. I currently have installed Windows 10 version on the internal SSD (OS OEM by Samsung)

Ok no problem, do you have any guide or steps to to this? Thanks you :)
Also i think that i could not make it work cause of OLED display. This would be an important thing in hackintosh future days, on my opinon, cause more Apple MacBooks will come in OLED right? Also for people with OLED display would be helpfull to know how this thing is different from the patches for the LCD display >) Just curious

It has to do with "OS Check Fix" patch.
Look at your patched DSDT for "Darwin" and you'll see.
