Dual booting Sierra and Windows 10, but stuck on BIOS logo

I do not see partitions I should be seeing on the Win10 drive. Please open a command window and run msinfo32.exe and post pic of results.

Attached please find the system summary. Which part of the msinfo32 do you actually need?
