Bluetooth not working

Wi-Fi is working BLUETOOTH IS NOT WORKING on my Fenvi Desktop Wireless Card Single-chip 2.4/5GHz 2x2 MIMO 802.11a/b/g/n 300Mbps Desktop WLAN PCI-E Card,

Anybody got a fix?
 
are your kexts in EFI folder or in L/E/ ? coz initially I thought I could just maintain my kexts in EFI until I realised my bluetooth is not working just like yours. when I installed everything to L/E/ and removed from EFI, bluetooth resumed working.

although, pls note I'm using not using the same wireless card as yours.

I have found out that my wireless network card did not have a Bluetooth function.
