You have to install the audio twice. Run MultiBeast as normal and reboot. Then, run MultiBeast again, just selecting the audio driver, then reboot.

See MacMan's "Please Note", the 2nd paragraph, in the MultiBeast v9.1.0 announcement > https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/multibeast-9-1-update.217901/

Thanks! I just tried to install the RealtekALC892 Audio Driver again (after the boot) but no luck... Pls notice that my internal boot doesn't work yet - I need to start from usb, then select my SSD MacOS. MacMan says on this link "You need to install Audio after you are booted from the destination disk to get audio to work properly." Perhaps starting from USB is not acceptable too? If that is the case, I will need to solve the boot problem 1st, but I was not able yet.

Thanks Stork, I have just managed to replicate your hector build while running El Capitan.
Clover would have been an hurdle too high to face alone, I am lucky enough to have a network specialist living in my place for the holidays.
I never managed to create my Unibeast installer with the copy of Mavericks that I still had on an hard drive and finding El Capitan proved to be difficult too.
Since the build with the Z87 UD3H I waited too long to download El Capitan from the Apple Store, I was stuck at the message that Sierra was not compatible with my new Mac Mini Core 2 Duo which is running with El Capitan too.
The person I bought it from on eBay was not even knowing which OS was installed on his machine...
I was not too keen to wipe the hard drive and start from Mavericks while safekeeping my latest jobs on an external HD with Time Machine thought it would certainly have been the better move.
Everything went absolutely fine until the installation of the GTX 750Ti, starting up the computer while disabling the GPU was an issue, in the Clover options we found that the line Boot Args had to be modified like this : Boot Args:kext-dev-mode=1 dart=0 -v
This left us with the possibility to install the Nvidia drivers specific to the build number of the machine.
Since this installation the Nvidia updater replaced the driver twice, the latest updates from the Apple Store was worrying, I had to reconnect the display to the HDMI port of the motherboard to avoid a black screen and no booting.
I will be cautious with any future features from the Apple Store.
Thanks again for your complete step by step tutorial especially with this specific configuration, my first search was including my i7 4770K processor and the H97N Wifi and the process to create the USB drive was not as clear as yours.

Finally got it working!

After countless clean installs of Sierra 10.12.6 or El Cap updating to Sierra 10.12.6 where Multibeast 9.1.0 or 9.2 repeatedly failed to install, it finally worked out! I am not really sure if there was any tiny detail changed or just the Multibeast 9.2 after a clean install (previously I had only tried it after trying 9.1 first), but this last clean install of Sierra 10.12.6 and Multibeast 9.2 went smoothly and I got boot, usb, audio and wake up working. Then I installed the Gigabyte RX560 4G and it works oob.

Bios and Multibeast config as per you other thread:

Thanks for the guide!

@Stork

Hi, I must update my 10.10.5 to a newer one (game). :| What newer system must I use for a "smooth" update-install? Must I use Sierra/High Sierra or can I use El Capitan? I didn't want the new itunes version! ;)

Thanks from North-Germany :mrgreen:

I would update to Sierra (10.12.6) as it as mature as macOS will get. I don't believe you can still get El Capitan, but I don't see any advantage to it over Sierra.

High Sierra is too new, and it has a new file system for SSDs. High Sierra's first release (10.13.0) maybe this Monday. I don't normally recommend that new a version to anyone...especially with a new file system!3.

So, upgrade to Sierra 10.12.6 and watch for the bugs to be worked out of High Sierra, probably at 10.13. You'll have time to learn and judge the impact(s) of the new file system to your system and needs.

@Stork

Thanks... backup system, update by os x system updater (App Store Download), install, restart, new nvidia drivers by system tool, finish?

Sounds good. You'll need to run MultiBeast for Seirra v9.2.1 to update your drivers/kexts after you install Sierra and before you install the Nvidia drivers (see Downloads > NVIDIA drivers).

@Stork

When I want to download Sierra in the AppStore, I get an error message "This Version of MacOS 10.12.6 can't be installed on your computer". I "have" a Mac Pro Early 2008. :lol: So, i must change it to another one with MultiBeast, but which one without problems = iMac 14.2?
