Intalled sierra 12.6 succesfully. Installed windows 10 on a separate drive and it boots correctly with osx drive connected with priority in bios.
As soon as I connect other drives with no os in them, windows does not boot

Try boot to BIOS/UEFI, set Mac OS drive first in BBS boot order, then Windows second. Save&exit, continue boot.

This is how I'm doing. On msi I'm setting uefi drive first and inside that, my osx drive has priority. I can see correctly clover boot options, but if I boot windowsfrom efi partition I got a black screen with an underscore top left.
Also, when having other drives, I don't have anymore the option which allowed me to boot windows before. I followed a guide I'm not shure I can link here

Has any of the other drives ever been used as a boot drive before for another OS?
Can you format the drives or do they contain files you want to keep?

One of them was an old boot ssd for a mac mini but of course has been formatted. Is the only one I can lose data cause is just a cache disk

Try remove just this drive and boot system - still no Windows boot?
