Hi guys,
I've been trying to figure this one out for a while, but to no avail.
My Core i5-4570S seems to hit the c-states, but the CPU frequency is fluctuating and if won't stay at a certain clock speed, although it's idling. Currently I'm not loading a DSDT, but when I did it didn't do much of a difference. Same thing when I have Clover generate the c-states. Occasionally it does even hit the 800Mhz but doesn't stay there for long, as with most other frequencies.
Any ideas/help is much appreciated.
