Yes, but you'll need to install the Nvidia drivers as Apple does not support recent Nvidia graphics cards natively.

We have the latest drivers available in the drop down Downloads menu at the top of this page.

After you install Sierra 10.12.6, install the drivers after you run MultiBeast before rebooting (after the MultiBeast build installation).
 
@Stork Thanks for your answer :) I have successfully installed NVIDA Driver with full acceleration.

Currently it is showing 256 MB Ram. Actually GTX 1050 Ti have 4 GB ram. Is it normal?

You need to set Inject/Nvidia to False. You currently have it set to true based on the screenshot you provided.
 
Hello,

I have the drivers and my GPU is detected but when I boot without internal graphics, there is a black screen before the finish of the OS loading. I followed many advices I found on the forum but I never found the solution.

Here is my config.plist
