USB accessories disabled error

Please attach your current zipped /EFI/Config (without themes folder) and ioreg, since I'm guessing from the long thread, you've made a number of changes so I can see if I can help you get this sorted out. Mind you, I have nowhere the expertise that VioletDragon and vulgo have, but sometimes a fresh pair of eyes does the trick.

Thanks, as long as I can get this figured out I'm good. I actually think it has something to do with something Apple changed in the 10.12.5 update. Reason being I was using a different mobo for this hack for over a year, and could charge iPad, iPhones, & androids all on the same hub with no issue. This USB charging issue just started all of a sudden, and I can't say for sure, but around the time that update came out I believe. And now this mobo (which was used in a friends hack with no USB issues) is having it with the same version of OS X. Just my observation. lol

Ok, Let's see how this works. Since your MB is almost identical to mine (mine has a Maxwell controller too which we ignore). Dnld the attached zip files.
1. Use the attached config.plist (you can rename it or not as long as you point to it during boot (Clover options). I left some items in your plist, but disabled them by default. You can change if necessary.

2. Unzip the patches folder and copy all to your /EFI/CLOVER/ACPI/patched/ folder.

3. In /EFI/CLOVER/drivers64UEFI/ you need to add HFSPlus.efi and probably remove VboxHfs.efi (although I don't think it hurts anything).

Tried, no go either.

Whatever was changed (2nd time this has happened in changing stuff trying to fix the problem) is my iHeardRadio goes crazy now.

You have not followed what i said. USB Configuration is messy.

I had been, up until the post you told me to look over. Most things on that post are foreign to me and what I tried messed me up worse. I got that fixed of course, but is the USB configuration is still messy please let me know what to do, as I'm definitely not on the level of this stuff that you are.

Please make sure
1. all the .aml files I sent you are in the patched folder.
2. AtherosE2200Ethernet.kext, FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext, FakePCIID.kext, FakeSMC.kext, and USBInjectAll.kext should be in /L/E (use KextBeast to put them in there).
3. After you do steps 1 and 2, re-run ioregistry explorer and send ioreg and your config.plist

I am missing FakePCIID.kext, USBInjectAll.kext, and FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext in the /L/E folder. HOWEVER, the FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext and FakePCIID.kext are the ones I added the other day that killed my USB completely causing me to go through terminal to delete them. Really don't want to go through that again.

From your ioreg, it looks like there are issues in the usb, which may be because of a combination of missing kexts and bad config.plist. Before you add files to /L/E, please send your config.plist and CLOVER folders (without Themes).
