I speak german, the last sentence is very important. Apple is goin to implement a terminal tool, with this "enterprises" can set high sierra back to the security standard with kernel extensions to sierra, means it will be still possible to load third party kernel extensions with disabled sip like nowadays...

"Ja hast recht . Nur wieder unnötig schwer gemacht . "

yes thats true .

Does that mean Hacks are going to be easier to implement, or harder? :?:

I doubt the accuracy of the report when the author calls High Sierra 10.14 when it will be 10.13. Unless Apple is very superstitious and won't call it 10.13. I doubt he has any info on what will follow High Sierra in 2018. It is only a forum post and the English translation is not good.

What he calls 10.14 is the predecessor of High Sierra. He isn't talking about High Sierra. According to him Apple stated at WWDC this year that they'll pretty much do away with kexts in future releases. But who knows what they'll do anyway...

From what I can find the iMac Pro will use Skylake-X CPUs and X299 chipset. This is based on Gigabyte has already announced a X299 board that has ECC RAM support, the GA-C422-WS.

Yeah I heard it's Xeon and other type of memory. Not X99 or X299.
sucks, hope it's not true.

High Sierra has a new Immutable prelinked kernel, actually 2 of them along with the Prelinkedkernel in the same folder. This could be hard to rebuild if its immutable.
A good idea. You would think that Clover FSInject cannot work with the immutable cache making it secure? With TPM (boo) or similar, this would harden Apple's native boot process considerably.

Edit: Not TPM, probably old news but new Macs have Secure Enclave Processors, page 5 of this iOS 10 security guide
