BCM94360CD problems. WiFi does not turn on.

When you try to turn on WiFI, nothing happens. The card is recognized. I tried various fixes. Sometimes, it turns on and off after a second, then it turns on again and so on. Sierra 10.12.4.

I´m not sure, because I never used a WIFI card, I always use ethernet, but I think you need config.plist patches.
But when a moderator see your question, I think he can help you more than me:).
 
I try to use this fixes, but nothing happens. Also I try ACPI fixairport and eject wifi 0x43BA14E4, but system go to KernelPanic.
