On the full article, in the screenshot of Devices–>Audio–>, there are properties added, which are not mentioned.
Device: IntelGFX
Key: AAPL,GfxyTile
Value: 01000000
Value Type: Data
Was that left out of the guide intentionally? Or is that something I should have added too?
Yeah, it is the Glitch fix for the sierra. I will add it to the guide.
 
Thanks so much for writing this. This was my first Hackintosh build (and first PC build in 15+ years.)

It took me several attempts but I got it working on my GA-Z270N-Wifi / I5 7600K. Annoyingly, Clover configurator didn't always auto-save my changes... Pressing Cmd-S after each change solved this.

A couple of comments:
Pretty ace to finally have a new Mac again.

I have some trouble with the WiFi Module. I have the Same Adapter and WIFI module (bcm94360cs2) like you, but i cant activate WiFi.
How did you solve this issue?

/EDIT: Bluetooth works without problems.

WiFi and BT should work without any effort. Please check the connection again. replug it and check the antennas.
 
i cannot get in Installer. it shows up a forbidden sign. any idea?

I bought exactly the same parts like yours, except the graphics card.
and i did change the bios setting follow your guide.

then it will be the graphics cards problem.. Add nv_disable=1 boot flag, then try again.
